My girlfriend and I are going to cosplay Zelda and Link at an up comming event.
We didn't want to buy any pre made costumes so we are now in the middle of making the costumes ourselfs.
For Zelda's apron we could not find any helpful 2D pictures for either painting a piece of cloth or printing it on cloth, so I ended up drawing it myself.
For anyone out there also working on a Zelda costume and wants to paint it, I included the line art.
My piece of advice on that, print the lines file (1:1 scale) and tape it all together (if you printed it on A4). Cut out everything white. Make sure the paper isn't going anywhere on the cloth. Paint all of the areas. Remove the paper and let it dry. Draw the black lines on the lines of unpainted cloth.

I don't like Photoshop for shadows, don't know why, just doesn't work for me so I use Sketchbook for that.
